We understand the finacial burden in setting up a business, its hard, you need a website to help you make money and you need money to make a website. So what we are going to do is eliminate that problem.
We will design and develop a unique website for you. Targeting your local area and customising the site with your details absolutely free. Yes there are some catches, you will have to invest in a domain name and pay for the 1st month of hosting which will be just $11. The domain name will be $40 for a .com.au or $24 for a .com
Your site will be up and running for around $50. The design and work involved in getting the website up online will be free. The normal up front investment for a site like this would normally be $550.
Catch No. 1: You will only start paying for the site once you start to generate leads through your website. Meaning that you will have live leads that you can turn into paying customers.
Each Month we will send you an invoice for $11 for each lead that is generated via the website, this does not include the phone calls that may turn into a paying customer.
Catch No. 2: You will not get full control/ownership of the site until it is paid off in full. The content of the site is always under your control and you can modify it as you please. Full control of the domain name and hosting will be handed over once you generate 50 leads, at that point the site will be paid off.
The Fine Print. You will be invoiced $11 a month for hosting of the site, plus $11 for each lead that is generated via the contact form for the previous month.
If after 12 months the full $550 has not been paid back, an invoice will be issued for the balance. You should be walking dozens of dogs each week by then and earning a nice income.
The Maximum you will ever pay for the Website is Approx. $550 (This Excludes the Domain name and Hosting)
